Mid-Atlantic Women’s Care, the premier OB/GYN group in Hampton Roads, was created in 1997 by the merger of 11 independent OB/GYN physician groups. These physicians groups were carefully chosen and brought together because they represented the best physicians in the area.

Today, this group of over 140 providers, serves a geographic area from northeastern North Carolina to Hampton Roads to as far west as Roanoke, Virginia.

I love Dr. Pirkle and all the staff I have met are very nice! The only thing is that I am seen consistently late every time whether that is waiting in the waiting room past my appt time or I’m sitting in the exam room for awhile. Dr. Pirkle is always so sweet and will apologize if she’s running late but I usually carve out extra time to get to the appt because I am always seen late.
