    Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

    I am on a low carb diet. Coupled with that and sun exposure, my body (arms, forearms and legs) look like they’ve had the mass sucked out and wrinkled skin left. ( I don’t think I should look like this at my age.). I’d stopped using estrogen and consulted Dr. Leao if resuming it would help. She said that it would. (I already take collagen and am increasing my carbs some). Coupled with the estrogen resumption, I’m looking forward to seeing results.
