    I was originally suppose to see Dr. Buchberg at a much later time the same day of my glucola test( that was administered that morning. ) Instead of having to come back to the office, I was called back while having to wait to get my blood drawn. I was able to get my vaccination, blood work, and seeing the doctor in one setting. D.r. Buchberg is one of the few doctors, who I don't feel rushed with or that concerned over my needs or concerns.

    Katelyn in the front office was/is an outstanding employee. She was the only one doing EVERYTHING (answer phones, receive and check out guests, perform administrative functions) and did it ALL with a pleasant voice, eye contact and a smile. I have been a patient for 8 years and always recall 3 people in the office in the past. Katelyn is handling the (hopefully temporary) staff shortage situation with an amazing, positive attitude. I hope she is rewarded for this!

    Maria is amazing, I say it every year. I am so grateful to have her for my annual exams. She has a way of being able to put you at ease during those very awkward yearly visits. She walks you through everything she is about to do in such a soothing way. I don’t know how she does it but to be put at ease during those kind of exams deserves a Medal of Honor. Maria is always able to answer all my questions and concerns in terms that I am able to understand. I don’t dread my annual exams like I did prior to being under Maria’s care. Thank you again for being my provider! Also, doing the digital check in at home prior to my appointment was great, I was called back within 5 mins of checking in!
