She decided to specialize in OB/GYN to pursue her calling in Women’s Health.

This is not my regular doctor (love my doctor) I went through the portal to ask for an emergency appointment and was sent to this doctor for the first time ever. She was amazing. It was actually the best experience I have ever had at this office. She was so patient. She actually took the time to talk to me at length and asked plenty of questions. She was patient and supportive. It really makes a difference when you have doctors like this. I truly appreciated her.

I saw Dr. Harris-Proctor for a follow up appointment regarding treatment for my hormone imbalance. As she listened to my feedback, she accurately assessed that I had an even greater medical condition that needed to be addressed immediately. She prescribed medication for that condition and I can tell that it is was worth it as I see and feel the benefits. It takes a special kind of medical professional who will listen intently to their patients, and discern proper treatment regardless of the appointment. I appreciate her compassion and willingness towards helping me achieve optimal health.

The wait was horrible. I waited over an hour just to get into my appointment. This is hard when you have to take off work. Harris-Proctor is amazing and the best doctor I’ve ever had. This is the only reason I return to the group for women. Then checking out the receptionist was so rude. She would look me in the face or answer my questions properly. My doctor wanted to see me back in a month and the woman told me no. I had to walk back to my doctor my self. Harris-Proctor told the woman that I was right and to get me in. Then the girl all of the sudden was nice to me. It was some of the worst service I have ever received. Again, Harris-Proctor is such a caring and amazing doctor. I will return for her but the rest of the experience needs some serious work.
