Dr. Kemp has vast experience here in the Tidewater area. He trained at a major hospital in London, Sussex, England, New York City and Pontiac, Michigan. He is board certified, and is a Fellow with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Kemp has more than 15 years experience in OB/GYN practice in Hampton Roads, serves on the faculty of Eastern Virginia Medical School, and is an active member of the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center staff.

He also consults for Family Medical Associates in Virginia Beach in obstetrics/gynecology. Dr. Kemp resides in Virginia Beach with his wife Sue and their three children, Chris, Michael and Katie.
